One of our most favourite things to do in the workshop is to create special, one off bespoke pieces for our customers. It's how we make real magic in the workshop, and we flood all of your love and our creativity into that one unique piece.
These items can take shape in many many forms, taking into consideration everything the customer is looking for and our skills to create the piece of jewellery in metal.
These items could be; an engagement ring, wedding bands, a birthday gift, it could include handwritten engraving; a child's drawing, or it could encompass certain elements of your choice all put together into the item.
The idea is that we take all of your ideas and inspiration and make them all into one special item. This could be silver, gold, platinum or even a mix.
Once we have your ideas we assign a jeweller to work with you, if you have a certain jeweller in mind you can request them dependant on their current availability. This process then begins with some drawings, we take a £50 non refundable deposit for these, and begin to put all of your ideas onto paper. Once you've viewed the drawings you have the option to amend these once free of charge. We can make as many amendments as you choose, but an additional cost may incur for more as two.
When a design is approved we begin the making process, this can take many different forms depending on what it is we're making, sometimes the items are carved in wax and then cast, started fresh in silver, or cut from gold, and sometimes we make a sample in silver and mould the item before casting in a higher carat of gold or platinum. We keep you informed at each stage of the process if requested and we can also keep a tally of the process with photos and videos if you'd like, it makes a nice little keepsake for the person recieving the item, even if that is yourself.
Any items in silver over 7 grams and anything in gold or platinum must be hallmarked, this all adds time to the process but is another special element to add to your unique piece.

CAN BESPOKE PIECES BE DONE REMOTELY?
Yes - the process doesn’t have to be face to face. We’re happy to work with you over email, phone, or video call to talk through your ideas, share sketches, and keep you involved every step of the way.
CAN MY OWN STONES OR JEWELLERY BE REDESIGNED?
We love giving old treasures new life. If you have gemstones or precious metal from jewellery you no longer wear, we can often repurpose them into something fresh and personal. It’s a beautiful way to carry the history and sentiment of a piece forward, while creating a design that truly reflects you today.
CAN I USE A PHOTO FOR INSPIRATION?
Absolutely. Photos, sketches or even a rough idea can be a great starting point. We'll use them as inspiration while still creating a design that's uniquely yours.
IS THERE TIME TO CREATE A BESPOKE PIECE FOR XMAS?
Yes, there is - but we encourage you to get in touch as soon as possible. We can only take on a limited number of bespoke commissions in the run-up to Christmas.
