We understand that many of our customers would like something unique designed—whether for themselves, as a gift, or as a recycling project.

Here’s how it usually works: we take your ideas and create drawings for you. A £50 fee covers the drawings and acts as a deposit towards your piece if you decide to go ahead.

Once your ideas are confirmed, we’ll assign a dedicated jeweller to bring your design to life. This process takes a little longer than choosing one of our stock items, so if you have a special deadline—such as a wedding or birthday—we recommend starting as early as possible.

In most cases, once the drawings are approved, you’ll receive your finished piece within 4 weeks.

If your design involves recycled metal, we ask that you provide this as soon as possible so we can test everything before the project begins.
