'Mirrie Dancers' is Shetland Dialect for the Northern lights or Aurora Borealis.
We are very lucky in Shetland to be witness to this magical occurrence many times throughout the winter. It fairly brightens up the dark nights here.
These earrings measure 22mm x 8mm and depicts the Mirrie Dancers in the sky.
Each piece is made in sterling Silver and uses the cloisonne enameling technique. Available in a hook or stud fittings. Colours will vary.
