'Mirrie Dancers' is Shetland Dialect for the Northern Lights or Aurora Borealis
We are so lucky in Shetland to be witness to this magical occurrence many times throughout the winter. It fairly brightens up the dark nights here.
This pendant measures45mmX17mm with a 45cm (18inch) snake chain and depicts the Merrie Dancers in the sky.
Each piece is made in sterling Silver and uses the cloisonné enamelling technique. Colours may vary.
Each piece of jewellery is made in our own workshop in the Shetland Isles and carries a lifetime guarantee.
